Steven H. Dane, MD / Neurologist

DANE-PHOTODr. Steven H Dane, Medical Director of Sall Myers Medical Associates,  joined the neurological staff at Sall Myers Medical Associates in 1995 as the Assistant Director of Neurological Services. He graduated from New York Medical College with an MD and completed his Neurology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He is currently a clinical instructor in the Department of Neurology at Mount Sinai.

Stanley L Malkin, MD / Neurologist

MALKIN-PHOTODr. Stanley L Malkin has served in private practice starting in 1974 after he completed his residency requirements at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York, New York and entered the military. He has been Board Certified since 1969 and has since founded and/or directed several imaging centers throughout his career. Dr. Malkin is the recipient of numerous honors and awards and has been published three times.

Vjaykumar A. Kulkarni, MD / General Surgeon
